Fargo Chimney is a free referral service for homeowners in the Fargo, North Dakota area. It is operated by TMS Consulting LLC. You can reach us at hello@fargochimney.com.

When you request a quote we collect your name, your phone number or email address, your ZIP code, the kind of problem you pick, and anything you choose to add in the details box.

Our servers also see your IP address and the page you submitted from. We use that to block spam. If we run website analytics, it may count visits and record which pages were viewed.

We use your details to pass your request to a local chimney contractor, to contact you about it, to keep a record of the request, and to protect the site from abuse.

We share your request with the independent chimney contractor who may contact you. They are responsible for how they use it once they have it.

We also use service providers to run this website and to store and send messages about requests, such as hosting and customer-management software. They handle your information only to provide those services.

We do not sell your information to advertisers or data brokers. We may disclose information if the law requires it.

We keep a request for as long as we need it to handle the request and keep our records. You can ask us to delete yours sooner.

To see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, email hello@fargochimney.com. If a contractor has already received your request, ask them separately.

This site is for homeowners. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
