Terms of use

Fargo Chimney is a free referral service operated by TMS Consulting LLC. We pass your request to independent chimney contractors. We are not a chimney contractor and we do not perform, supervise or guarantee any work.

The contractors who contact you are independent businesses. We do not employ them, and we do not verify their licenses, insurance, reviews or work. Check these yourself before you hire anyone. Any agreement about work, price or warranty is between you and the contractor.

The articles, price ranges and checklists here are general information. Price ranges are national averages from published cost guides, not quotes. Nothing here is professional advice, and it does not replace an inspection by a qualified person.

This site is not for emergencies. If you smell gas, see fire, or a carbon monoxide alarm sounds, leave the house and call 911.

We provide the site and the referral service as they are, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for a contractor's work, pricing, conduct, or any damage, injury or dispute that comes from it.

Give accurate information and only submit requests for a property you own or are authorized to arrange work on. Do not use the site to send spam or to harm anyone.

We may update these terms and will change the date at the top of the page when we do. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon.
